I'll bet you didn't know that July 19th is National Ice Cream Day, did you? Who comes up with these "days" anyway? Shoot, I'm in Texas, it's close to 100 degrees. EVERY day is ice cream day!
Anyway, it just so happens that I made this card today to send to an old friend in Cleveland who is an ice cream fiend. She is going to love it!
